Introduction to core technology and materials of the product:
1. The stator and rotor iron cores of the motor are longer than the safety standard length, and 470 ^ 400 high silicon cold-rolled silicon steel sheets are used to ensure sufficient magnetic flux density and power, reducing the iron loss of the motor. The current is smaller, achieving energy-saving effect.
2. The winding adopts a three pack variable frequency wire (* * layer is enameled, * * layer is made of polypropylene, and the third layer is made of nylon), which improves the winding's ability to withstand peak voltage impact and insulation level.
3. The stator casing is made of 304 food grade seamless stainless steel tube, which improves the overall mechanical strength and acid alkali corrosion resistance of the motor.
4. The rotor adopts deep groove cast aluminum technology to ensure that the motor has sufficient starting torque.
5. The sand prevention technology uses 109 series alloy mechanical seals for sealing, two skeleton oil seals for sealing, and a rubber cover as a sand slinger. Under pressure of 1.0 megapascal or more, it can repel sediment from the pump and completely overcome the phenomenon of sediment wear on components causing damage to the pump.
6. The thrust plate is made of metal hard alloy, and the lower thrust plate is made of stainless steel material to ensure sufficient smoothness and wear resistance.
7. The motor sliding bearing adopts high-density graphite embedded with Babbitt alloy to improve the wear resistance of the sliding bearing and prolong the service life of the motor. 8. The impeller shaft is made of 45 # steel and has undergone straightening, grinding, chrome plating, and precision grinding. The thickness of chrome plating on one side is over 12 kilometers.

Working principle of Runtian Yongci synchronous submersible pump:
When symmetrical three-phase alternating current flows through the stator winding. Generate a rotating magnetic field around the three-phase winding that matches the frequency and number of pole pairs. The magnetic field lines of the rotating magnetic field cut through the guide bars on the rotor and induce current. After the induced current is short circuited through the squirrel cage conductor, a magnetic field is generated, which is opposite to the direction of the rotating magnetic field of the stator. Adjacent attraction generates electromagnetic torque through the interaction between the rotating magnetic field and the magnetic field generated by the induced current in the rotor, causing the rotor to rotate. When the rotor speed reaches the speed of the asynchronous water pump, the praseodymium neodymium permanent magnetic field on the rotor replaces the magnetic field generated by the induced current, forcibly pulling the rotor to synchronous operation. So there is no induced current in the synchronous water pump rotor.
